Health History & Emergency Contact Information:
Prior to the start of camp you will need to fill out a Camper Health History & Emergency Contact Form. Please click the link below to access the form. Also, the State of New Jersey requires that camper's immunization history is on file prior to the camper's participation. A copy can either be uploaded to the form or emailed separately.
Daily Check In and Check Out:
Check-In and Check-Out will take place just through the gates of the athletic fields near the athletics parking lot (see directions below). Check in will be between 9:00-9:15am and check out will be 11:30-11:45am for Half Day, 3:15-3:30pm for Day and 4:45-5:00pm for Extended Day. Staff will be on site by 8:45am for any early arrivals.
In the event of inclement weather we will use the Bradley Center as the drop off or pick up spot. Turn into the college’s MAIN entrance (Magnolia Rd). At the stop sign make a right onto Cherry Lane. Pull over into the bus cut out area in front of the Bradley Center. Remain in your car. A staff member will come to you asking for your camper’s name. Your camper will be brought to your car.
Late Arrivals*: If camper is arriving late to camp, parents must be sure to check in their child with a camp staff member at the fields adjacent to the tennis court parking lot.
Early Departure*: If a parent must pick-up their child before the camp's scheduled departure time a note must be left with the attendance desk at check in or an email must be sent.
*We ask that late arrivals or early departures are not done between 11:30am - 1:30pm.
Lunch will be provided Monday thru Friday for our Full and Extended Day campers in the college's air conditioned cafeteria. Daily selections include a variety of choices such as pasta, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salad bar & special lunch of the day. We suggest that campers come with a snack for the morning and late afternoon (for extended day campers). The camp will have water, gatorade and snacks on hand for purchase as well.
INCLEMENT WEATHER DROP OFF/PICK UP:
In case of inclement weather we will use the Bradley Center which is across the street from the athletic. fields. Turn into the college’s MAIN entrance (Magnolia Rd). If your child has special dietary needs/restrictions please be sure to let us know in advance so we can accommodate his/her needs.
Campers should bring the following:
Refillable Water Bottle (clearly marked w/camper's name)
Extra Set of clothes (in case of rain)
Bathing Suit & Towel (Extended Day Campers Only)
The camp assumes no responsibility for misplacement or loss of personal items. Campers are advised not to bring valuables to camp.
CELL PHONE USE DISCOURAGED DURING CAMP HOURS
In the event of an emergency a camp staff member will contact the parent/guardian.

FROM THE SOUTH
USING ROUTE 17
Follow Route 17 North to Mahwah to exit sign "202 Suffern/Morristown" on right. At the end of the short exit ramp turn left (Route 202 South). Continue on Route 202 through one light. Make first right onto Halifax Road. Make first right again into parking lot.
USING ROUTE 208
Follow Route 208 North until Route 202 in Oakland.
FROM THE NORTH
USING ROUTE 17
Follow Route 17 South (approximately 1.5 miles from Suffern exit on N.Y. State Thruway). Turn right at Route 202 exit. At end of exit ramp, turn left (Route 202 South). Continue on Route 202 through one light. Make first right onto Halifax Road. Make first right again into parking lot.
USING NY STATE THRUWAY
Take N.Y. State Thruway (I87) South to Route 287 South (New Jersey), exit 15 (Suffern) onto Route 17 South. Follow directions for "From the North Using Route 17."
