Frequently Asked Questions

1. What time is camp check-in each morning?
Check in for camp each day is between 9:00am-9:15am. Staff will be onsite as early as 8:45am for drop off.  By 9:15am the campers are on the field beginning the morning field session.

2. What time do we pick campers up at the end of each day?
Campers check out the last 15 minutes of the camp program you have signed up for.  If for any reason you are running late, you can contact the camp at 201-784-9898.  Staff will stay on site until every child is picked up.

3. What do I need to do if someone else is picking up my child?
At check-in in the morning, please provide the camp with a note or email stating who will be taking your camper home that day. Please make sure your child is aware of who they should be going home with that day.

4. What if I need to pick up my child early?
At check-in in the morning, please let the camp personnel know what time you need to pick up your camper. We will have your camper ready for you at the check in table at the requested time.

5. What should campers bring to day camp each day?
Below is a list of items the camper should bring with them each morning for camp:

  • Soccer Ball

  • Cleats

  • Soccer Socks

  • Sneaks / Slides

  • Rain Jacket and extra set of clothes if rain is forecasted

  • NOTE: The camp recommends all valuables be left at home. The camp will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen items brought to camp by the campers.

7. What happens if it rains?

Camp is still on!  Please be sure your child has a rain jacket and extra set of clothes to change into as we will have the field session outside if there is light/intermittent rain.  The camp continuously tracks the radar during the day. If dangerous inclement weather is in the forecast, the campers move into the Bradley Center at the college until the inclement weather passes and it is safe to resume outdoor activities.

All campers are expected to bring their own water bottle.  Water jugs will be on hand to refill their bottle if needed.
